Enrollment Status Definitions

ENROLLED

At the end of a term, leave students marked as enrolled if they were still there on the last day of class but didn't complete or finish the class objectives.

COMPLETED

At the end of a term, mark students as completed if they finished the objectives of the class.

DROPPED

If a student quits or stops coming to class, mark them as dropped.  Drop reason codes can also be recorded. To add drop reason codes, go to Configure/Setup Data/Drop Reasons.  Use the Drops & Transfers report to view student drops and drop reasons.

 

Please Note: These are suggested definitions.  It's important to create your own rules as an agency for assigning enrollment statuses for instructors and staff to abide by.
