Adding Lessons for those on a Monthly Billing schedule

If a student wants to add a lesson to an existing enrollment, go to the Private Lesson Details page.

  1. Select the Add Lessons link
  2. In the Add Lesson window, select the date and time for the lesson



Note: If the new lesson is scheduled in a month that already has an invoice, follow these instructions to apply the charge to the student’s account.  If they are in a future month, you need do nothing as the number of scheduled lessons will be billed automatically in the next month’s lessons.
