To email all staff, follow these steps:
- Under the Tools tab, select Communication Center.
- Under Compose, select Add recipient under Email.
- In the Add recipient window, select Staff from the Recipients dropdown.
- You can filter more through the additional dropdowns.
- Select Filter Selected to populate staff options.
- Make sure all staff is selected and then select Add Recipients.
- Compose the email.
- Select whether to send later or not.
- Select Send Message.
