I use BluePay and it doesn't seem to be working anymore. What's wrong?

If your BluePay account is inactive for 90 days, BluePay will automatically deactivate your account. Contact BluePay to reactivate your account. Your Account ID and Secret Key information will still be saved on your ASAP admin site. If you need to change this, navigate to Configure | Preferences | Payment and Transaction Configuration and select Update Gateway Information to do so (click here to watch a video about updating your gateway information).
