What should a student/customer/registrant do if a credit card is declined?

Credit cards may be declined for many reasons. When this happens, the student will be placed in pending status for the class.  The student may do one of the following:

1. Register for the class again on your public site as though it were the first time. The registrant will still be on the pending list for the class, but if the information is entered correctly this time, the funds will be processed and the student will be enrolled in the class. 
2. Contact you to complete the registration and collect the funds. To do this, navigate to the detail screen for the class you are working on and select the Pending tab. Click Enroll to the right of the name of the student you are working with, then find the invoice by navigating to that student record, select the invoice and process as you normally would.
