Set up a fundraising campaign

Use ASAP's fundraising module to set up fundraising campaigns for your organization or for anything you'd like to accept donations for.

From the left nav panel, select 1 Create | Fundraising. Type the 2 name of your campaign, enter a 3start and end date for your campaign. Choose an email template to send to donors (if you already have one you want to use) or click 4 Create New to create a new email template to send to campaign donors (these instructions will follow creating a new email template).


Type a 5 name and a 6 subject for this template. Type the 7 email address that this email will come from. Type a 8 code for the template (this doesn't need to be anything special, but be sure to put something in this field). Type the 9 message that you want to send in this email, remembering to use the formatting buttons under the thumbtack on the far left of the text box and click 10 save (bottom right) when finished.



You will be brought back to the campaign. Continue and type the 9 message that you want to appear on the campaign page, remembering to use the formatting buttons under the thumbtack on the far left of the text box and click 10  save (bottom right) when finished.




Type the 12 fundraising goal, select 13 show online (if you want to have this campaign available on your public ASAP site), type the 14 donation amounts that donors will be able to choose from, separated by commas and click 15 save, when finished.



This will take you to the campaign page. This is where you will see 16 details about the campaign. You may navigate back to this page by choosing find | fundraising and select the campaign.
