Below is a sample and a short explanation for all Students/Classes Reports

Attendance Report

The Attendance Report shows you attendance for classes one page at a time and starting at a specific date. This report must be run one time period at a time and can be run for all or one course/course group/site/teacher and class at a time.

Note that the sample below shows that there are 54 pages because there are 54 classes (all criteria was chosen) for this time period.

This report will show both classes and dates with attendance taken not taken.

This report can be exported to a variety of formats and can be printed.



Attendance Sheet Report

The Attendance Sheet Report gives blank slots for teachers to take attendance for classes one page at a time and starting at a specific date. This report must be run one time period at a time and can be run for all or one course/course group/site/teacher and class at a time.

Note that the sample below shows that there are 54 pages because there are 54 classes (all criteria was chosen) for this time period.

This report will show both classes and dates with attendance taken not taken.

This report can be exported to a variety of formats and can be printed.



Check-In Sheet Report

This The Check-In Sheet Report shows you check-in /- check-out for classes one page at a time and starting at a specific date. This report must be run one time period at a time and can be run for all or one course/course group/site/teacher and class at a time.

Note that the sample below shows that there are 54 pages because there are 54 classes (all criteria was chosen) for this time period.

This report only shows 5 days at a time.

This report can be exported to a variety of formats and can be printed.






Class Roster Report

The Class Roster Report shows a roster for classes one page at a time. This report must be run one time period at a time and can be run for all or one teacher/course group/course/class/enrollment status/location at a time. You have 4 data fields, pulling from your registration form, to choose from to view on this report. You also have the option to show invoice data (this will replace data fields 3 & 4) and any course questions and answers that you may have created and have responses for.

Note that the sample below shows that there are 55 pages because there are 55 classes (all criteria was chosen) for this time period.

This report can be exported to a variety of formats and can be printed.





Class Roster (grid) Report

The Class Roster Grid Report displays spreadsheet-like results that show you a line-item representation of each registrant that meet the variables you have chosen. This report must be run one time period at a time and can be run for all or one teacher/course group/course/class/enrollment status/location at a time. You have 4 data fields, pulling fom your registration form, to choose from to view on this report.

This report shows a complete listing of the fields from the class(es), invoice(s) and student(s) that you are pulling for this report including the course name, class code, student last name, student first name, invoice id, invoice status, invoice item total, any discounts applied to the invoice, amount paid, amount credited, amount refunded, payment applied, any drops or transfers and any adjusted payment associated with the drops/transfers, enrollment status (for the specific line item), primary phone, address, city, birth date, age, gender, class start/end dates, start/end times, day pattern, instructor first and last name, site, room, capacity, number of students enrolled, pending and waitlisted, minimum enrollment and time period.

All of the variables in the report can be grouped. Simply drag the header of the column you wish to group by to the header area that says Drag a column header here to group by that columnand you will see the data grouped by that variable.

The variables in the columns can be collected with the symbol at the top of each column. Select the symbol that you want to use and type the variable that you want to see based on that symbol.

This report can be exported as a PDF or an Excel spreadsheet.



Class Summary Master Report

The Class Summary Master Report shows summary detail for classes. This report must be run one time period at a time and can be run for all or one site/course group/enrollment status at a time and can be ordered by class, code or location.

This report shows multiple classes on the same page.

This report shows the class code, class title, location, minimum and maximum, number of students enrolled or pending, number of spaces on the waitlist, the start and end dates and start and end times for the class, the date pattern, the instructor and the regular/default class fee.

This report can be exported to a variety of formats and can be printed.




Course Catalog Report

The Course Catalog Report shows a course catalog for classes. This report must be run one time period at a time and can be run for all or one location, instructor or course group. This report allows you to show or hide course descriptions and class notes and materials.

This report shows multiple classes on the same page.

This report shows the class code (EventCd), teacher, start/end dates and times, date pattern, number of meetings, age maximum and minimum, location, room and regular/default class fee. If you choose to include course descriptions and class notes and materials, the report will show those variables as well.

This report can be exported to a variety of formats and can be printed.




Drops and Transfers Report

The Drops and Transfers Report shows drops and transfers by time period. It shows one section on each page.

It shows start and end dates and times, date pattern, start and end times, time period, primary instructor, location and room, number of drops, students transferred out and in and lists the students who were dropped or transferred with the time and date of the transfer/drop.

This report can be exported to a variety of formats and can be printed.




Enrollment Report

The Enrollment Report shows class enrollment. Date parameters may be selected by block of time (today, yesterday, last week, last month, last year) or by a specified date range.

This report must be run for one time period at a time, but can be run for a variety of enrollment statuses and for both in-house registration and online registration or for both. Other filters include site, teacher, course group, course and class.

This report gives you a summary of the enrollment statuses you have chosen. It also shows enrollment date and time, first name, last name, class name, enrollment status, class code, first class date and amount paid. There is a link to the right of each line item that takes you to the student detail screen for the enrollment.

The variables in the columns can be collected with the symbol at the top of each column. Select the symbol that you want to use and type the variable that you want to see based on that symbol.

This report can be exported as an Excel file or as a PDF.




Incomplete Registration Report

The Incomplete Registration Report shows a list of incomplete registrations. An incomplete registration is a record of a student who created an account but never actually registered for a class.

Directly from this report, you can do the following:

  • Email all (on the list)
  • Delete all (on the list)
  • View details of individual records (on the list)
  • Delete individual records (on the list)




Pending Students Report

The Pending Students Report shows pending students.

This report is not run by specific filters. Rather, the data can be manipulated by using the filter buttons (visible as = signs) above each column. Clicking the = sign will give you options to choose from. After you have chosen the appropriate symbol, type the text that you are looking to filter by, in the space to the right of the symbol.

The columns can also be grouped by dragging column headers to the light blue area above the data set.

This report allows you to view details and drop or enroll the student for each line item. It shows the following data for each record: student ID, last name, first name, course title, enrollment date and start date.

This report can be exported as an Excel file.




Schedule At-A-Glance Report

The Schedule-At-A-Glance report displays a list of classes being offered, sorted by start date. The selection options are From Date and To Date.

This report shows multiple classes on the same page.

This report shows start date, day(s) of the week, start time, class name and location.

This report can be exported to a variety of formats and can be printed.



Session Roster Report

The Session Roster Report shows a roster for each session within a specified event/conference.

This report must be run for one enrollment status at at time (enrolled, pending and waitlist) and may be run for one or all time periods, teachers, and courses (events, conferences). Two data fields can be exported for this report, and invoice data and course questions and answers can be included on this report.

This report shows one session per page.

This report shows the start and end dates for the conference, the day of the session, the start and end times of the session, the class code, the time period, the primary instructor, the location, and the count for the following: minimum enrollment, capacity, enrolled, pending and waitlist. This report also lists students enrolled in the session(s) with phone number and specified data fields.

This report can be exported to a variety of formats and can be printed





Session Summary Master Report

The Session Summary Master Report shows a summary for conference sessions.

This report must be run for one time period and course (conference) at at time, but can be run for all or one location(s) and all classes or full or under enrolled classes.

This report shows multiple sessions on a page and shows the following details: class code, class (session) name, location, minimum, maximum, number of students enrolled, number of students pending, number of students waitlisted, number of open slots in the session, start and end times and dates for the session(s), day pattern, instructor and regular fees associated with the session(s).

This report can be exported to a variety of formats and can be printed.





Student Report

The Student Report shows spreadsheet-like format that shows you a line-item representation of each registrant that meet the variables you have chosen. This report must be run one time period at a time and can be run for all or one site, teacher, enrollment status, course group, course and class (option 2a) or by customer group and created between a specified date range (option 2b).

You can select a template and configure templates based on your registration forms. This will shape the results that you see in your report, and the results that you see in your report will differ based on the criteria and template that you choose.

There are Show Detail links to the left of each line item that allow you to open the student detail screen for the student on the line item.

All of the variables in the report can be grouped. Simply drag the header of the column you wish to group by to the header area that says Drag a column header here to group by that columnand you will see the data grouped by that variable.

The variables in the columns can be collected with the symbol at the top of each column. Select the symbol that you want to use and type the variable that you want to see based on that symbol.

This report can be exported as an Excel spreadsheet.



Student Schedule Report

The Student Schedule Report shows all student class schedules for a specified time period.

It must be run for one time period at a time and can be run for one or all sites, teachers, enrollment statuses, course groups, courses, classes and grades.

This report shows multiple listings on each page and displays the following variables: student name, emergency contact number, primary phone number, class name(s), class code(s), class start and end date(s) and time(s), location, day pattern and invoice number.

This report can be exported to a variety of formats and printed.




Student Schedule Report

The Student Schedule (page per student) Report shows student schedules for the specified time period, one student per page.

This report must be run one time period at a time but can be run for all or one enrollment status and site. This report is run by last name groupings (A-E, F-J, K-O, P-T, U-Z).

This report shows the following information for each student on each page: name, primary phone number, start and end times and dates for classes, class codes, class names, facilities, instructors and enrollment statuses.

This report can be exported to a variety of formats and printed.





Waiver Report

The Waiver Report shows waivers that were accepted over a specified date range.

This report will show the date and time the waiver was signed/accepted, first name, last name, waiver number, waiver title, date the waiver was created and links on each line item to view the text of the accepted waiver.
