I voided a transaction, but the student is still taking up a space in the class. What do I do?

You also need to remove the invoice item for this transaction.

1. Find the invoice
2. Change the invoice status to UNPAID
3. Click on the Edit Invoice Items link
4. Click on the recycle bin icon to delete the line item
5. Change the invoice status back to VOID
