I registered a student on my admin site with Quick Enroll. How should I instruct them to pay for the registration on our public site?

If the initial enrollment is done by you in Quick Enroll, the student will need to login to his/her account on your public site. If they don't have an account that was created on your public site, he/she will need to do the following:

  1. click Login on your public site,
  2. enter the email address that you entered in ASAP
  3. click the Forgot Your Password? link to reset the account password
  4. retrieve the password from the email address that you entered in ASAP/they just entered in step 2 above
  5. login to his/her public account.
  6. pay any unpaid invoices.
