Customers on my public site are seeing this message: invalid MRCH # . What should I do?

You should check your org's ASAP gateway configuration. Go to Configure | Preferences |Update Gateway Information. Scroll down a bit and select the gateway you are using. The data is encrypted for security purposes, if you already entered the gateway information. If it's blank, enter the required information and save.

Also check to make sure your merchant account (bank account) is configured for the gateway. Contact the gateway company and ask them if they have your merchant account pointing to the gateway.
