Adding lessons

Let's say you have a student who wants to purchase a new private lesson to add on to their existing set of lessons. Here's what you do:

1. Search for the student, then after you click on their name, click on the name of the lesson under the Active Enrollments tab.

2. Click the Add Lessons link under the Lesson Schedule tab.

3. Select a date, day, time, and duration for the lesson. The price displayed for the new lesson will adjust automatically as you increase or decrease the duration.

4. Click the Add Lesson button and you're done!

If the student's original invoice is unpaid, partially paid, or on a open payment plan, the cost of the new lesson will be added to that invoice. If the student's original invoice is paid, ASAP will put the lesson on a new invoice.
