You can make your online registration site more engaging and increase sales by adding images and text to your site. There are a number of ways to do this:
Add content to your home page
Your home page is a great place to promote certain classes or events, to explain how to enroll in a class, how to contact you in case of questions, etc.
To update the content of your home page, click Configure > Online Registration Site > Customize Your Home Page.
Add images and descriptions to your courses
The better your course descriptions are the more likely it is that a student will enroll in a particular class.
To update your course descriptions, click Find > Courses, search for the course you want to update, then click Edit Course. Update the full description (and upload an image while you're at it by clicking the green "Upload" button) then click the "Save and Close" button at the bottom of the page.
Add images and descriptions to your course groups
You can also add a description to each of your course listings pages. For example, if you have a course group called "Swimming" you can say something about your swimming program at the top of the Swimming course listings page.
Go to Configure > Course Groups, select a course from the Course Group menu, then click the "Edit" link. Upload an image and a description, click the first Save button, and then the second one, and you're done.
Add custom messages to your pages
You can add a custom message to the top or bottom of any page on your online registration site. For example, you could add a message to the top of your registration forms highlighting certain information that you need. Or you could add a message to the top of the shopping cart page highlighting your return policy.
To add a message to a page, go to Configure > Online Registration Site, then click Add A Message To A Page. From the dropdown menu select a page you want to add a message to, then select either Footer or Header to get your message to appear at the top or the bottom of the page. Click the Save button and you're done.
