Why hasn't my customer received their refund?

Depending on your payment gateway, refunds generally take about 2 to 30 days after the transaction has processed. If the customer still has not received their refund within that time frame, please contact ASAP directly so we may further look into this.

As a note, for some payment gateways, you must process the refund of the original transaction within 120 days through ASAP or you may have to contact them directly in order to do so.
