Using the ASAP Help Center

The ASAP Help Center is where we post all of our how-to articles. It's also where you can suggest a new feature, report a problem, or participate in our community forums.

To access the Help Center from within ASAP, click "Get Help" in the left hand navigation, and then click the Get Help link.

Or you can just type support.asapconnected.com into your browser.

How to report a problem

To report a problem with ASAP, go to the bottom of the Help Center home page and click the Contact ASAP Support link.

Enter all of the required information and then click the Submit button. An automated email will be sent to you so you know your request was received, and one of our product specialists will follow up with another email shortly after that.

How to suggest a new feature

If you have an idea for a new feature for ASAP, you can suggest it here. We can't promise that we will build it (we already have a very long list of improvements we'd like to build) but every suggestion will be reviewed by our product team.
