Teachers and instructors have two options to use in class when trying to take / record attendance.
1. Attendance Sheets --> these are designed for the teacher to use to take attendance using marks, notes, etc. For teachers eyes only.
2. Check In Sheets (daily or weekly) --> these are designed for the student to sign in, sign out or initial.
So it comes down to: Attendance Sheets = teacher use in class. Check In Sheets = students use them.
