How do I record a ticket purchase after an event has been completed?

Your event is over but you had some ticket sales at the door. How should you go about recording this information? Unfortunately, there is not a way to bulk manage this solution but it is something we are working on for a future release. As for now, let's get some of these ticket sales included.

The best way to get these offline ticket sales recorded would be a slight work around to the event itself. First, I would recommend hiding the event from online registration. Please check out this support article to show where this option is located:  Creating an event After this step is completed, you would just need set the event to a future date and save it from there. After that, you should be able to record these offline tickets through the admin tool. Just make sure to set the event back to the original date once you're completed!
