This happens from time the time where a user will log into their account but notice they have no access to any invoices or financial data. Generally, this occurs after a new user type is set up where a user access setting has been selected that will hide all the financial information from your system. In order to find and update this information, you would need to go to the left nav panel under Configure > User Access. From there, select the User Type in the drop down that you're trying to configure. There's a checkbox labeled "Hide Financial Data" that may be selected. If you uncheck that box and save the settings, you should be able to see your financial information again. You will need to log out and log back in in order to have the updated settings viewable in your app.
