How Staff / Teachers can manage Check In

The instructors, teachers and staff can manage and monitor which students / customers are checked into a class by using the Tools | Check-In page. 

Click the "Students Checked In" link.

When you click the link, you will see a grid list of all students currently checked in. From this grid, you can do the following:

  • Sort the grid: Click any column header label and it will sort the list of students by that column
  • Adjust the Check In Time: Click the Edit link next to each student to adjust the Time In time. Enter a new time and click Update. Be sure to specify AM or PM.
  • Check Student Out: if the student left without checking out, click Edit and then enter the correct "Time Out" (be sure to specify AM or PM) and click Update. This will check the student out of the class.
