It is important to check if the month you are working in has an invoice already. If so, any changes you make in that month that will add tuition fees will NOT be charged for. So, if September already has an invoice and you Add a Lesson in September, that extra lesson will not be charged for as the invoice for that month has already been created and possibly PAID. Instructions for applying fees or credits to an invoice are below.
To get to the Private Lesson Detail page, go to Private Lesson > Enrollments. Find your student by using the filters or simply enter the name in the Search filter. Click on the lesson numbers in the Lessons column to get to the PLDetails page.
Select the lessons you would like to reschedule by clicking on the boxes to the left of the lesson and then click the “Reschedule Selected Lessons” link.
Next, from the Reschedule Lessons popup window choose a day, time, and date for your rescheduled lesson(s).
Here you can also choose to notify the student of the lesson change, and cc their instructor.
Only click Update meta schedule info if you are making a change for all future lessons.
Note: if you are changing the duration you will see a message for the amount that will be added or deducted from the invoice total. If the invoice has already been created, follow these instructions to apply this fee manually.
Click Reschedule Lessons to view the new lesson schedule or click Reschedule Lessons and View Invoice to be redirected to the invoice detail.
