It is a very easy process to switch from Register to Go. Here's how:
- Send an email to support requesting the free upgrade to the Go site.
- They will need a logo file for the new site and the date you want to switch by (this is just a guide. We will verify the date with you when the site is set up)
- We will send you your Go site to review usually within 5 working days.
In the meantime, you should review your main site and plan on making the following changes
Update your links
Identify all the direct links currently going to your ASAP Register site. You'll need to make changes to the URLs as follows:

Update your Messages
Identify the pages you've added messages to. The Go site offers fewer pages to customise (so we can retain the adaptability of the site). These are the pages that you can post custom messages on:
Choose your Search Filters and Class grid fields
You may also want to review which Search Filters to use and which Class fields to show. In ASAP 4, you can do both these in Set Up > Online Registration.
Check the box of the fields you want to show on your Public site.
Check the box of the filters you want to show on your Public site.
In ASAP 3 , you can access these in Configure > Online Registration Site.
