Discounts are set up to be valid for only a certain time frame. If you had a discount that was working but is no longer, the first thing to look at is if it is still active. If the discount is no longer active you will need to edit the discount to expand the dates.
To view edit discounts, follow these steps:
- Under Set Up, select Discounts.
- Select View My Discounts.
- Select the dropdowns above the discount table and select display all or inactive to view inactive discounts.
- Select edit on the discount you want to modify.
- To extend the date range select the calendar icon and increase the date.
- Select save to finalize changes.
