Please find a way to inform BOTH the supervisor and the teacher (or ONLY the supervisor, in the case of classes) when enrollments come in.

The supervisor needs to know because the following has happened a few times now: Since the teacher gets notification of an enrollment, the class "ran" with only one person (should have had 3 to run.) The teacher said, "We might as well work together" (as in, let's do individual lessons) but in a not-clear way - and we end up losing $ because they are teaching one-on-one at a class rate (they don't have the student un-enrolled from the class and enrolled in individual lessons.)

If the supervisor receives notification and doesn't have to rely on daily check-ins of all classes, they can head this off and communicate with the families before the class runs.
