TRACKING EMAILS

When I send an error/glitch/problem email to ASAP support from my personal email, I no longer am able to track the progress of my requests unless I keep the original thread of my email in my inbox.  Why did this stop occurring even though the auto response says differently?

Morning Angelina, can you tell me what's changed? Are you saying you can't login to your help center account anymore?

No, I can log it, but before if I sent an email to "Help Desk" that email progress would also show when I logged into ZenDesk so I didn't have to keep my actual emails since all work request were in ZenDesk.  Now if I send an email, the only history I have of it is in my personal email inbox.
